Missouri's official state SHIP program is the CLAIM - State Health Insurance Assistance Program. CLAIM has been the official State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) for Missouri since 1993. Missouri Connections for Health provides the services for the CLAIM program through a contract with the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance (DCI). Funding is provided by the Administration for Community Living with oversight by DCI.
